Just out of interest, the best price I can get for K40 in the UK is ?10.49 (incl processing of course), or ?99.90 pack of 10 from Mathers 01204 522186.
( Unfortunatley they do not stock any other super 8 film so I either buy elsewhere or Europe).

Does anyone know anywhere cheaper for K40?

ordering directly from kodak is usually the cheapest. don't forget to ask for the 20% student discount. they have it in the states and in sweden at least. a roll from kodak in sweden, processing included, costs about $9 with the discount.

?10ish for black and white films is pretty good, thats the cheapest I've heard of in England.

I am not eligable for the 20% student discount - (Kodak require proof when ordering).
However it is interesting that Kodak's standard prices for Super 8 when ordering direct from Kodak in the UK are not really cheaper than where I already order from.
I called Kodak UK today and spoke to the motion picture customer service and they told me:

K40 ?9.73 + tax = ? 11.40

S8 Ektachrome ?8.64 + tax = ?10.15

S8 B/W Films ? 8.99 + tax = ?10.56

Plus postage.
